This policy explains what information JetStreem Media & Production (“JetStreem”, “we”) collects through jetstreem.net, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site (for example, utm_source). Form messages are delivered to hello@jetstreem.net through an email delivery provider.

Orders and bookings

Real estate media orders, scheduling, payments and file delivery are handled through Aryeo, a third-party platform. When you book through Aryeo, it collects the order, contact, property and payment details needed to complete your order, and its own privacy policy applies to that information. We do not store card numbers.

How we use information

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To schedule shoots, deliver files and keep a record of our work together.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, using aggregate data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Analytics and cookies

If analytics are enabled on this site, we measure page views and button clicks. The contents of forms are never sent to analytics. The site stores campaign information for your current browser session only so we know how you found us; it does not set advertising cookies.

Service providers

We use providers for website hosting, email delivery, analytics and order management. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Keeping information

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing hello@jetstreem.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.

Children

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
