Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of jetstreem.net and to services you order from JetStreem Media & Production (“JetStreem”, “we”). A written quote, order confirmation or signed agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Orders and quotes

Real estate media is ordered through our online booking system, operated by Aryeo. Custom projects are scoped and priced in a written quote. An order is confirmed when we accept it; prices, deliverables and any travel or rescheduling charges are those shown in your order or quote.

Payment

Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. We do not store card numbers. Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due when the order is placed or on delivery of the invoice.

Scheduling and property access

You are responsible for arranging access to the property and having it ready at the booked time. Changes and cancellations should be made as early as possible through your account or by email; any fees that apply are stated in your order or quote. We may reschedule for weather, safety or access issues.

Materials you provide

When you send us photos, video, logos or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that we may edit them to produce your order.

Use of the media we create

JetStreem keeps the copyright in the media we create. Once your order is paid, you may use the deliverables to market the property and your business, including on MLS, listing portals, social media, websites and print. Reselling the media or licensing it to others requires our written permission. We will only show your project in our portfolio with your permission.

Virtual staging and edited images

Virtually staged and materially edited images are labelled as such when delivered. You are responsible for meeting the disclosure rules of your MLS, brokerage and any listing platform where you publish them. We do not alter permanent features of a property, such as its structure, views or fixtures, in a way that would misrepresent it.

Revisions and approval

Each order includes the revisions described in it. Please review deliverables when you receive them; we publish nothing on your behalf without your approval.

Third-party platforms

JetStreem is not affiliated with Zillow, Matterport or any MLS unless we state otherwise in writing. Listing platforms set their own rules, and we cannot guarantee how or where they display your media.

No guaranteed results

We work to make every listing and project look its best, but we do not guarantee sale prices, time on market, leads or other business results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Website use

Content on this site, including images, video and text, belongs to JetStreem or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our consent.
